Read Our Terms of Service & Conditions Carefully

1. Our Products


  • All products are subject to availability
  • Flower arrangements are subject to availability, and if we are unable to supply your chosen item, we reserve the right to substitute a product of equivalent value, quality, and color
  • If we are unable to provide your chosen item or a suitable substitution, we will advise you as soon as possible and refund your payment in full within 30 days
  • Some flowers may be considered in bud to increase vase life
  • Wedding packages are priced for the best seasonal availability, and we will work together to select the flowers for the special day while taking into account the overall style & colors


2. Prices


  • The prices listed are valid for a maximum of 7 calendar days after placing your order


3. Orders / Payment


  • In order to fulfill your order, we require all necessary fields contained within the order form to be completed with the relevant information. By submitting your order and payment details, you are consenting to be bound by our terms and conditions contained in these terms and conditions.  
  • Payment Security we recommend you order online using our secure process or by phone
  • Custom items require a separate email containing the relevant information. Before your custom item is created, an email will be sent for approval to the originating email address. 
  • Custom orders are not returnable


 4. Local Delivery for Fresh Flowers and or Fresh Flower Arrangements


  • Delivery charges will be applicable within the specified area. If your request for delivery is to an area outside our normal delivery area, you will be advised of any additional charges as soon as possible upon receipt of your order. 
  • Should a timed delivery be requested, we will do our best to comply with the request but cannot be bound in any way to honor such a request
  • For same-day delivery, we must receive your order by 12:00 pm EST. Monday through Friday. Saturday's orders must be received by 10:00 am EST. We will process orders received on Sundays the next working day. 
  • We do not deliver on Sundays
  • Certain United States national holidays may have higher delivery demands than others. During these holidays, the route for delivery will be determined by Blessed Blooms. There will not be a timed delivery period on these national holidays.
  • Where incorrect personal and delivery details have been supplied, problems or delays in delivery may result. Therefore please ensure that you have included the full address details of the intended recipient and your daytime telephone number so that we can notify you in the event that any delivery problems occur. 
  • While we will make every effort to ensure that delivery is made on the requested date, you acknowledge that in very rare circumstances, delivery on the requested terms will not be possible. In this event, you will be given prior notice wherever possible, and we shall either make alternative arrangements or shall refund your payment in full (as per above).
  • When there is a third party is involved during delivery, examples including but not limited to: hospitals, schools, offices, the signature of any person authorized to accept delivery on behalf of the person and or organization shall be accepted as proof of delivery to your chosen recipient. 
  • In the instance of difficulties in delivering your order to the intended recipient, we reserve the right to contact the recipient using the contact details you provide on order. Should the recipient not be home, we will attempt to deliver to a neighbor. 
  • In the instance of us not being able to execute delivery due to missing information, incomplete address, the order being refused by the recipient, nobody available at the address, not being able to find neighbors to accept delivery, we may resend new order minus redelivery costs when delivery becomes possible. 
  • Should redelivery be unsuccessful, we may, at our discretion, refund order value minus delivery costs if original delivery has been attempted


5. Cancellation


  • Orders may be amended or canceled up to 24 hours before the intended delivery date


6. General


  • We reserve the right to supplement and amend the terms and conditions on which you are permitted access to the online site and/or the online service from time to time. We will post any changes on the site, and it is your responsibility as a customer to review the terms and conditions on each occasion you access the online service or online site. 
  • Changes will be effective one hour after the posting of any such change, and all subsequent dealings between you and us shall be on the new terms and conditions
  • A person who is not a party to the agreement between you and us has no right to enforce any of the terms and conditions, but this does not affect any right or remedy which exists under statute law
  • In respect of fraudulent misrepresentation, this agreement supersedes all prior representations, arrangements, understandings, and agreements between you and us (whether written or oral) and sets forth the entire agreement and understanding between you and us relating to the subject matter here of.

Return and Refund Policy

While we are confident that you will love and enjoy your items as much as we did making them, we do understand that sometimes returns happen. Please note that custom items are not returnable.

Return and Refund Policy:


  • Terms of return - 14 calendar days from arrival
  • State of return - unused and in original package
  • Reason for return - damaged or wrong product
  • Process for return - contact Blessed Blooms via email
  • Process of refund once the item is returned and inspected, a refund will be processed through the same method as the payment. A refund could take up to 30 business days
